Credit Card Refund
ATTENTION TO OUR DEAR CUSTOMERS!
Credit card transactions cancellations are refunded to the cardholder's credit card within 2 to 7 business days in line with the decisions of the bank association and the legal procedure. This is a standard process applied by banks to all member merchants and retail customers and refunds are not reflected back to the credit card on the same day. The refund requests received by our company are dealt within 24 hours and the rest of the refund process is processed and finalized by the bank. You can get detailed information about the operation and return process from the bank’s customer service.
If you are using an intermediary company like Payu and not a pos directly from the bank, your orders will be canceled through the panel provided by the company. Therefore, you must initiate the refund process using the virtualpos or online banking methods of the bank, whichever payment method it came with. After that, if you mark the status of the order in the system as returned on the İncir software panel, you will have done a correct operation in terms of statistics and reporting.
